We started using Synergy for my Dad who has moderate Alzheimer's. Previously we went with another agency and it was a disaster. Our caregiver is Khaalis she anticipates his needs . She acts like a family member. Making sure his groceries are plentiful, fridge is cleaned and that he is safe. Since I live in Memphis it is such a comfort to know someone else is also looking out for him. We plan on using Synergy for a very long time!!!

Loved working with Synergy! Nina, Karen, and Lauren are the best!!! They are very attentive and respectful. They came through for us when we were in a terrible bind and we really needed them. My father in law really enjoyed the time with them as well. Would give them a 10 if there was an option!

We have had such a great experience with Synergy HomeCare. My dad was reluctant to have someone come in and help with my stepmother who suffers from Alzheimers. Nina came to the house and met with them both and made them feel comfortable and worked out a schedule. It's been over a month and they couldn't be happier with the care they receive. Becky is now coming 40 hours a week and taking great care of both of them. My sister and I live out of state so it's a great feeling to know that someone is taking great care of your loved ones. Thank you Nina and Becky. You are amazing.

I had been my husband's caregiver for many months before I decided to get help. I contacted Synergy Home Care, and Nina Francis visited with me and helped me with the decision to bring someone in. The caregivers that came were professional and caring. I could trust that he was being well cared for and I was able to use that time for myself. My experience was limited as my husband passed away soon after they started. I did not realize until weeks after he was gone how difficult it had been being a caregiver without assistance. The staff at Synergy can provide that assistance and I highly recommend this company.

My husband had a knee replacement surgery, we had set up a family member to come help as I’m disabled and it would be difficult for me to handle it all. The day after surgery they called to let us know that they had COVID, My daughter in love found Nina and Senergy, Nina came to the house and went over everything we needed. Nina is great she and Karen worked together and found the blessing to our home, Christiana came in and took care of the house, my husband, the dogs loved her and then there was me. She understood what we needed and got it all done in a day. She helped me get him to therapy and knew days I wasn’t able to do things due to pain and made sure I ate some and made the best omelette and world famous pancakes. I love this company and the staff they care about you and your needs to be sure to put the right person with you
